1. Introduction

Welcome to RapidFService! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RapidFS Prepaid Card and any related services provided by RapidFService. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

In order to access the full range of services offered by RapidFService, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, and to promptly update such information if it changes.

4. Use of the RapidFS Prepaid Card

The RapidFS Prepaid Card is issued to you by our financial partners. You agree to use the card in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and to ensure that it is not used for any illegal or prohibited activities.

5. Fees

By using the RapidFS Prepaid Card, you may incur certain fees. These fees will be disclosed to you at the time of registration or upon request. It is your responsibility to review and understand the fee schedule associated with your account and card usage.

6. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your PIN and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or card. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account information.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Use the services to transmit harmful, offensive, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the RapidFS Prepaid Card or its services.
• Distribute or share your card details or account credentials with third parties without our express permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the RapidFS Prepaid Card, and any outstanding fees or charges will remain your responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidFService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or the RapidFS Prepaid Card. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the services within the past 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which RapidFService is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
